Confidential counselling services are offered to people who need to discuss their personal difficulties on a one-to-one basis.All our counsellors have received recognised training and work with experienced supervisors |
After contacting us we will arrange for you to come and have an assessment in order to establish whether our counselling service would be helpful to you. If we can not provide the right help we will do our best to find you the appropriate support you need.
Assessments usually last around 1 hour and include taking information around your current situation and how you hope to benefit from having counselling.
After the assessment a date and time will be agreed with yourself and a counsellor for the counselling to commence.
Counselling sessions are for an hour at the same time each week. The number of sessions will depend on each individuals needs and circumstances. To help cover costs there is a £5.00 charge for each session after the assessment.
